Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your manicure, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your Polish Pops purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused products. For hygiene reasons, all items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unused polish strips or accessories back into their original shipping box or a similar padded envelope to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
